Sit with the soles of your feet kissing or touching. Allow your knees to open out to the sides. Place your hands inside your legs, or flower pot. Lift your knees a little, and crawl your fingers under your legs. Turn your palms to the sky, sit back a bit, balancing on your sit bone, and slowly lift your legs off of the ground. This is a great pose for practicing balance and helping to open your hips, which can feel pretty tight sometimes. What kind of flower are you? Do you have a special smell?
